Hawaii, told PBN that the drop in gas prices are pushing more and more businesses to Kapolei in West Oahu With gas prices in Hawaii at their lowest point in a half decade , more and more businesses in Honolulu are considering a relocation to Kapolei in West Oahu or in Waipio in Central Oahu, especially with industrial space in town extremely tough to find, according to an expert. "The recent drop of gas prices, although [it may be] temporary, may be the catalyst to help [business owners] make that decision to relocate," Cullen Oesterly, an associate in the Industrial Services group of CBRE Inc. The Key Persons will be the focal point when it comes to integrating the individual SW Facilities into a data processing system, covering all aspects of system integration and testing, including endtoend testing of the production system. Tasks will also contain the settingup and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures as well as the coordination with external providers of maintenance services. This may also entail the participation in the specification and development of specific monitoring tools for S3. In support to operations, the Key Person may also be required to provide on call support as part of a team of maintenance engineers, especially for the S3 commissioning and initial operations phases.
