Fitting secures logger to top of can or jar lid, forms tight seal with probe of logger, keeps logger firmly in position, and can be adjusted to determine desired probe depth. This allows user to monitor different can sizes with same probe length. CF100 is compatible with HiTemp140 logger models with probes lengths ranging from 2–7 in.
