Depending on measurement range of attached RTD probe, HiTemp140-M12 is capable of recording temperatures from -328° to 1,562°F. Logger features user-programmable recording interval ranging from 4 readings/sec to once every 24 hours, and is capable of storing up to 43,690 time and date stamped readings. Inheriting IP rating of probe it is being used with, logger meets IP needs of everything from dry heat sterilization to high moisture environments, including steam sterilization cycle monitoring.
