China's government-controlled television broadcaster is taking aim at Volkswagen AG, accusing the company of failing to address consumer complaints that led to a major recall in the country last year. In a preview of its annual programming to commemorate World Consumer Rights Day, China Central Television said on its website that Volkswagen reached the top spot for consumer complaints, with more than 2000 consumers reporting problems with various car models in recent days.
