NASA Controller Fatigue Assessment Q&A report, released by FAA, shows steps taken to relieve issues regarding NASA controller fatigue. In 2012, FAA implemented Fatigue Risk Management System, which includes policy and practice changes to manage controller fatigue. Fatigue education, also included, promoted awareness about personal responsibilities. Q&A also covered policy on breaks, napping during overnights, scheduling, and whether or not improvements have been seen.
