Analyse data and reports to form proposals for improvements. Support the ESTEC Head Health, Safety Security Section. Represent the Security and Safety Section in meetings requiring security input and coordination. Specific qualification requirements The working languages within the section are English and Dutch. A good knowledge of one of these two languages is required together with a working knowledge of the other language. A technical Degree Bsc., Diploma or equivalent from a recognisedinstitution or equivalent is required. Applicants for this post should have in depth previous experience in the field of security supported by formal training. Experience in conducting investigations is essential. The applicant should be able to establish effective interfaces. Tact and good communication skills are required and the ability to work under demanding conditions.The applicant must be willing and able to hold a Personal SecurityClearance PSC while in post. Proven record of working experience in international and multicultural context like ESTEC. Ability to write technical documentation reports, procedures in the English language. Hisher ability to swiftly grasp and gain knowledge of the ESAESTECsite and operational procedures is essential. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday.
