CBI spokesperson said here that a case was registered U/s 120-B of IPC and section seven of PC Act, 1988 on a complaint wherein it was alleged that 70 trucks/consignments of rice of the complainant were to be checked and stacked at CWC, FCI Depot, Nabha.
