(Telecompaper) Cote d'Ivoire telecom regulator Artci has withdrawn the mobile licences of four operators, Comium, GreeN Network, Warid Telecom and Cafe Mobile, reports APA, citing a tweet from Artci regulation committee member Demba Diop. One of the four licences expired but was not renewed. Operators with active customers were given 30 days to reimburse them and to cease all mobile activities.
