Providing workspace dimensions of 50 x 50 x 50 in., electrically heated No. 1036 utilizes 80 KW Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat oven chamber, and 3,750 cfm, 3 hp recirculating blower to provide horizontal airflow to workload. Oven is constructed with 10 in. thick insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, and Type 304 stainless steel interior with 2B finish. Electrically heated oven has 10 in. insulated walls comprising 2 in. of 1,900°F block insulation and 8 in. of 10 lb/cf density rockwool insulation. Insulated floor is reinforced for 1,000 lb loading with ¼ in. thick, Type 304 SS plate.
