515 ABNT20 KNHC 312330 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Fri Aug 31 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Six, located just south-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms extending from Hispaniola northward for a few hundred miles over the adjacent Atlantic waters are associated with a tropical wave interacting with an upper-level trough.
