Upper-level winds are increasing over the system, and development is not anticipated. This system is expected to move westward during the next few days. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent. A tropical wave is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms about 1100 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Development, if any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur during the next several days while it moves westward at low latitudes. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent. An area of low pressure is forecast to form this weekend several hundred miles southwest of Mexico. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms located about 1000 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula are associated with a tropical wave. Tele2 upgrades FY EBITDA growth outlook after strong Q2
