A broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles west-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions have become less conducive, and development of this system is unlikely as it moves west-northwestward at about 10 mph away from the coast of Mexico during the next couple of days. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent. Another area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms is located several hundred miles south of the coast of southern Mexico.
