Blue and Green: EU vehicle emission cuts could be delayed as a report suggests that France and Germany are seeking to have a proposed 2025 deadline pushed back. Regulators seek more information on Viasystems-TTM Technologies merger

The Federal Trade Commission has made a second request for information from Viasystems Group Inc. and California-based TTM Technologies , which agreed to acquire the Clayton-based company in September for $368 million. Viasystems said in a statement that the request, made under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 , would extend the waiting period imposed by the HSR Act until 30 days after the companies have complied with the FTC's request.

Drugmaker Bayer AG said on Tuesday it will this month file for approval of its experimental haemophilia drug Bay 81-8973, based on its established Kogenate brand, as it seeks to build a range of treatments against the hereditary bleeding disorder. The German company in March unveiled plans to spend more than 500 million euros to set up haemophilia drug production sites in Germany, in a sign of confidence in its development pipeline.
