The Nomination Committee of Trelleborg AB has decided to propose that the 2016 Annual General Meeting elect Johan Malmquist, Gunilla Fransson and Susanne Pahlen Aklundh as new members to the Board. Furthermore, the Committee proposes the re-election of Board members Hans Biorck, Jan Carlson, Soren Mellstig, Peter Nilsson, Bo Risberg and Anne Mette Olesen.

Graphic Packaging Holding Company , a leading provider of packaging solutions to food, beverage and other consumer products companies, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International, Inc., has agreed to offer to purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of Colorpak , a leading folding carton supplier in Australia and New Zealand. "We are very pleased to announce the agreement to acquire Colorpak," said Michael Doss, Graphic Packaging's President and Chief Executive Officer.

FAA proposes $417,500 civil penalty against FedEx.

FAA proposes a $417,500 civil penalty against FedEx of Memphis, TN, for allegedly operating an aircraft that was not in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. FAA alleges that FedEx failed to rebalance a horizontal stabilizer tab control surface on the Boeing 727 after repainting the part. FAA alleges that FedEx's failure to perform rebalancing rendered the aircraft unairworthy and that the company operated the aircraft on at least 133 flights when it was in that condition.
