NI (formerly AWR Corporation) announces that Astra Microwave Products Limited (AMPL), a leading Indian design and manufacturing firm of high quality RF/microwave modules and sub-systems, has designed an S-band gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) digital phase shifter as well as a digital attenuator for active phased-array radars using NI AWR Design Environment software.
