BIO submitted comments on EPA's proposed rules for 2014, 2015, and 2016 Renewable Fuel Standards (RFS). In said comments, BIO makes clear that uncorrected course will cause program to continue to undermine goals and requirements of statute, undercut investment in advanced and cellulosic biofuels, and raise greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in transportation fuel sector. BIO also issued several recommendations to EPA.
