DISH Media Sales has announced its first cross-platform addressable ad campaign, which enabled Volvo Cars to target TV viewers across DISH and Sling TV with a single buy. The campaign, executed through media agency Mindshare, allowed Volvo Cars to reach four segments of luxury car enthusiasts across both platforms.
Pandora names Sling TV's Lynch as CEO

(Telecompaper) Digital music service Pandora appointed Roger Lynch as CEO and president, effective 18 September. Naveen Chopra, who has served as Pandora's interim CEO since June, will continue in his role as CFO. In addition, Pandora announced it appointed Michael Lynton to its board of directors. As the founding CEO of Sling TV, Lynch led the creation, launch and growth of Sling TV. Prior to Sling TV, Lynch served as executive vice president, Advanced Technologies, for DISH Network and EchoStar Corporations.
LG webOS platform adds Sling TV and more Channel Plus content
