Available in 4 models with stroke length of 25.6 in. and blade speed from 50–350 fpm, HBE Dynamic Series offers cutting range from 10.2–20.0 in. diameter for round stock and from 11.8 x 10.2 in. to 20.0 x 20.0 in. for flat stock. Electrically powered, ball screw driven, material feed gripper eliminates backlash and ensures precise material positioning. By automatically adjusting blade pressure, servo-driven precision downfeed control creates optimal balance of feed rate and pressure.

Featuring frequency-controlled drive, KASTOwin Bandsaws offer cutting speeds of 12–150 m/min. Band is hydraulically tightened and looped around hydraulic band guides, which have interchangeable carbide inserts. Ballscrew drives replace hydraulics to ensure tight control over cutting and material feed movements. To minimize idle times, saws include feature that eliminates need for 5 mm stand-off from material surface. Offcut length is 35 mm and shortest possible cut length is 10 mm.
