Manage multiple projects, tasks, priorities, internal expectations and crossteam capacity planning Your Qualifications Space industry project management is a must have Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline Demonstrated track record with technical program management Proven track record in contract negotiations Previous stakeholder management skills Proven proposal writing experience Business fluent English oral and written all daytoday activities are performed in English Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with multiple and often time conflicting point of views A thorough understanding of strategic and change management with the ability to translate this into appropriate goals, methodologies and strategies for implementation Strong time management, team player attitude and emotional intelligence Excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening and communication skills Cost and risk awareness and business acumen complete your profile

The Head of Project Office is overall responsible for the execution of all projects in the company and is member of the companys Management Team. The position is a key function in the company with impact on many areas, including the financial standing of the company. The Head of Project Office has line manager responsibility for around 15 persons, including Project Managers that runs projects of the size 10300 MSEK Project Support staff responsible for configuration and document control and administrative tasks. Supply Chain Team responsible for procurement and supplier contracts. Main tasks Control and steer projects and initiate remedial actions in case of cost overruns or schedule slippage. This also includes development of improved processes for project control and steering. Monitor key performance indicators as defined by the business. Provide overall direction and support for the Project office team. Monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence. Provide feedback, coaching, support, opportunities for development, complete performance appraisals, take corrective action when appropriate, and participate in hiring decisions. Be focal point for resource planning in the matrix of projectsdepartments in collaboration with the departments managers. The Head of Section is responsible for the efficient and proper management and delivery of information systems, infrastructure projects or evolution activities assigned.
