We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Controller to support our customer in the Netherlands. Assistant Project Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will be working in the Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes DEOP at ESAESTEC and have the following responsibilities Data collection, extraction from various Corporate applications internal sources and data consistency checking and coherence analysis Prepare and assist in producing financial and programmatic status reporting Assist in the preparation of project audits when appropriate Supporting users for retrieving documents from local DMS and various other sources Support to project reviews, where appropriate Tasks related to documentation management Providing status data and maintaining a wellstructured configuration record system Other management support tasks as required. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent Several years experience in the field of business administration, preferably internal controlling and budget management Highly proficient in the use of modern planning and project control tools, office automation software and databases Knowledge of ESA administrative and financial processes and experience working with SAP would be an advantage Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
