000 ABNT20 KNHC 061744 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 PM EDT THU OCT 6 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Matthew, located over the Bahamas, and on recently upgraded Hurricane Nicole, located several hundred miles south of Bermuda. Showers and thunderstorms near the Lesser Antilles are associated with a tropical wave.
