Austin's most popular brands are facing new challengers in week two of the Austintatious Business Contest - a March-Madness-style event where online voters like you choose who advances. Some local favorites were pushed out of the contest as thousands of online readers voted in round 1. The Saxon Pub, Deep Eddy Vodka, Whole Foods Market, Birds Barbershop and Peter Pan Mini Golf were among those cut, but they're "undeniably Austin," so give them your business and check out their business plan if you'd like to see how a true Austin company operates.
