Axed Tokyo flights 'disappointing'

The general manager of Destination Marlborough says ensuring Japanese travellers are aware of domestic connections to Marlborough will be key following Air New Zealand's decision to cancel direct flights from Tokyo to Christchurch. The airline has decided to stop seasonal flights between the two cities next summer, and schedule more flights between Tokyo and Auckland.
