Bitter cold expected as latest snowstorm exits North Jersey

State offices are operating on a delayed opening schedule after snow this morning. Non-essential employees will report to work at 11 a.m. Today will be cloudy with snow early and highs near 24. Clouds and a slight chance of snow showers can be expected for tomorrow before sunny skies return later in the week.
