The Challenge We are looking for a Documentalist Librarian to be located at one of our customer sites in Darmstadt, Germany. Tasksresponsibilities will include Administration of Documentation Library Keep tracking information Maintain distribution list Maintain Documentation catalogue Distribution of Documents upon request. This is a fulltime position with a planned starting date in November 2013. Your Qualifications Applicants must have a secondary education and professional training in administrative techniques. Essential skills are Highly proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes and PC based databases Good user knowledge of SAP and the ESA financial and procurement processes Good organizational skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Fluency in English or and French, both in speech and writing is required. Desirable skills are Working level knowledge speaking and writing of French and or German or another member state language is an asset The candidate should be selfmotivated and able to work independently in an international environment.
