Golden Share (TSXV: GSH) Announces TSX Venture Exchange Approval for Share Consolidation

August 12, 2015 Golden Share Mining Corporation is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the consolidation of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares on a 1 for 3 basis. The common shares are expected to commence trading on the Exchange on a consolidated basis at the start of trading on August 13, 2015.
