JOB DESCRIPTION Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities Duties Tasks The HR role is responsible for support the HR in Germany and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization Support all Human Resources services in Germany recruitment, payroll, expatriates including all aspects related to compensation, social security and tax treatment and training development Provide employment law support in Germany Work in partnership with the HR Team in GMVs group Headquarters and other subsidiaries. Provide support in new employees incorporation process and arrangements. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Assist in interviewing and selecting employees. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.. Must be able to use social media LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook in order to build relationships. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Assist in preparing offer packages and new employee orientation packages. HR administration duties and recordkeeping. Provide support in other HR tasks. Required knowledge Fluent English, Computer Skills German Employment and Labour Law Qualifications Degree in Human resources or any related discipline 3 years of experience as HR generalist in full employee life cycle and at least 2 of them in recruiting. Skills Effective communication skills Attention to detail and order Good perception and experience in Interviewing skills Reliable and high autonomous capability Collaborative aptitude for teamwork Flexible and with good organizational skills and professionalism. Other desirable Willingness to travel and desirable driving license.
