He also reveals his a-ha moments during the writing process and what an optimal migration team should look like.Roessler has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His career, spanning over 20 years, began as a process control engineer and project manager for an end-user company in the chemical and polymer industries.
