Come and share your expertise in marine applications with our existing and emerging user communities EUMETSAT is the European operational satellite agency for monitoring weather, climate and the environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our user communities sharing your knowledge and experience to develop operational applications using our marine products and services. You will be adept at assimilating information, ensuring that we employ all of the talent, knowledge, skills and expertise available amongst our partners and users to enhance and develop future uses for our marine observations. Your responsibilities will include managing and developing our marine user engagement plan for current and emerging user communities. This is an outstanding opportunity to become our expert in marine applications. With a proven understanding of the value of satellite observations, marine products and ocean modelling, you will bring your knowledge to support the marine applications user community and manage interactions with the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service CMEMS. You will showcase your understanding of marine applications in an operational environment, identifying opportunities to enhance our engagement with our partners and users. We will also want you to reach out to a wider audience. You will get the chance to apply your knowledge to our training programme, contributing on a strategic and practical level. You will build excellent working relationships and collaborate with internal and external customers on a global platform, sharing your expertise and seeking opportunities to enhance our knowledge and expertise in this field.
