Integrating advanced spectrophotometers with UV-visible-NIR range microscope and software, 20/30 PV™ Microspectrophotometer non-destructively analyzes microscopic samples from deep UV to NIR. Analysis can be done by absorbance, reflectance, Raman, luminescence, and fluorescence. By including high-resolution digital imaging, instrument can also be used as UV or IR microscope.
