For one of our clients in Munich, Germany, we are looking for an Operations Security and Accreditation Engineer to be based at the Galileo Control Centre in Oberpfaffenhofen. Tasks Reporting to our clients Security and Accreditation Director, the Engineer will represent our client in regular meetings with the representatives of the European Space Agency supporting deployment and operation of Galileo Control System and Mission System elements at Oberpfaffenhofen and other sites. The task of the Engineer will include Frequently attend Anomaly Review Boards, Change Control Boards and NonConformance Boards Identify any potential violations of Security Operating Procedure Requirements SecOps Plan and execute various Security Simulations Participate in the test campaign and commissioning of the Galileo Public Regulated Service Essential requirements The following background is required A University degree in a relevant subject A good knowledge of space and ground systems and operations, ideally Galileo A thorough and practical understanding of good systems engineering processes The ability to understand and produce technical documents and presentations in English Desirable skills The following experience and knowledge would be an asset Experience of IT Systems Security and Accreditation A working knowledge of German Other Information Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory Must be an EU national or possess a currently valid German Work Residence Permit Occasional travel to other locations in Europe is required The key person shall have a Security Clearance at least up to level Confidential Foreseen start date is as soon as possible To guarantee that your application is processed, please apply via our website httpwww.scisys.dewhereweworkspacecareersspacejobs.html
