Description Coordination and Control of all RCS related PA tasks and ass. documentation RCS design development control Participation to the EQSR closeout meetings Participation to IRRs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs and AR at equipment and subassembly level Participation to MPCBs and monitoring the MPCB actions Review of RCS supplier documentation with focus on product assurance and safety Review of Structure, TCS and MGSE supplier documentation, if interfacing to the RCS Support to elaboration of product assurance and safety documentation for MTP, with RCSrelated inputs Preparation of NCRs and Waivers if identified, chairing of NRBs AIT quality control and witnessing, review of test procedures and reports Control of delivery activities Review of subcontractor End Item Data Packages The main objectives to accomplish by the consultant are Performance of Product Assurance Safety activities according to PA Plan for the propulsion subsystem of ExoMars RCS Successful closure of RCS EQSR Successful closure of RCS MPCB Materials and Processes Control Board Successful RCS equipment Test Readiness Reviews Successful Manufacturing Readiness Reviews for RCS assemblies Successful Integration Readiness Reviews for RCS assemblies Successful Test Readiness Reviews for RCS assemblies Profile A degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, space technology, physics or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in space industry as chemicalelectrical propulsion subsystem engineer or in similar positions At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Assurance in the space industry Familiarity with Orbit Control Systems and Reaction Control Systems would be of advantage Excellent conceptual and analytical skills Accustomed to work in teams with welldeveloped communication skills Capability of managing subcontractors and leading small engineering teams Ideally, experience in DLRESA or commercial satellite development projects Experience in System Engineering and Requirements Engineering Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are advantageous EU citizenship or valid EU work permit Location Bremen, Germany Application deadline 31032013 If you are interested, please send your EUROPASS format CV as well as a Cover Letter to Lena Englander, Recruitment Manager at careeropportunitiesrheagroup.com Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
