PrairieSky buying chunk of Canadian Natural royalty holdings for $1.8-billion

Canadian Natural Resrouces is selling a large portion of its royalty assets to PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. for a total of $1.8 billion in stock and cash. The friendly deal will give PrairieSky the equivalent of 6,700 barrels per day of additional oil and natural gas production in Western Canada.
