RHEA is currently recruiting a Project Controller Assistant to support business, management and administration functions at our clients premises in the Oxfordshire area, UK. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Prepare shopping carts, purchase orders and financial reports Maintain all financial documents and invoices in MS Excel Maintain staff information files and HRMS records Liaise directly and independently with the HR Office, Finance Office, Procurement Office, Facility Management Office, and other relevant teams Support internal staff relocation to and from the clients sites in Europe Be responsible for staff registration on arrival and departure, manage outgoing and incoming post and courier Build and maintain positive relationships with local business contacts Efficiently and proactively deal with all communications phone, email, post Manage business travel for the relevant staff. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent At least 4 years of experience in project, finance, HR, and operational support within a multinational company or large institution environment Ability to demonstrate high professionalism, proactivity, flexibility, and customer focus, in addition to a strong attention to details Strong experience in the use of MSOffice software package Fluency in English, both spoken and written The following skills would be highly desirable Past experience in and knowledge of the space industry Experience using SAP in particular ECC and SRM modules Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
