Sandy-damaged tunnels could cause Amtrak nightmare

2014-10-03 01:35:10| Railroads - Topix.net

Repairs on Superstorm Sandy-damaged rail tunnels used by trains linking New York with the rest of the Northeast Corridor could cause a service nightmare for hundreds of thousands of people.
