Southwest CEO: Frontier Airlines is 'nickel and diming customers'

Frontier Airlines' new fees for some customers who don't book through the company's website give competitor Southwest Airlines an opportunity to pick off some of its Denver fliers while Frontier is busy "nickel and diming customers," Southwest Chairman/CEO Gary Kelly said while he was in Denver to give a speech Wednesday.
