Task Group Seeks Input regarding transition to new tire standard.

Expected discontinuation in manufacturing of standard-reference test tire will lead to changes to ASTM International standard E1136, Specification for P195/75R14 Radial Standard Reference Test Tire. Task group will explore best ways to transition from E1136 tire to alternate reference tire. One possibility is F2493, Specification for P225/60R16 97S Radial Standard Reference Test Tire. All E1136 users are encouraged to join in efforts to determine steps and timeline for said transition.
