Unitronics 1989 Ltd , a leading global provider of industrial automation products, smart warehouses and automated parking solutions, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of Unitronics has approved to formally reorganise the Group's operations by incorporating the Unitronics Systems division with an expanded Unitronics Automated Solutions division. With immediate effect, Unitronics Systems division activities, including the design, construction and maintenance of storage and logistics systems like smart warehouses and distribution centres, will be performed by Unitronics Automated Solutions.
