Available as download or in hard copy, ANSI Accredited Standards Committee C136 revision of ANSI C136.15-2015, Roadway and Area Lighting Equipment—Luminaire Field Identification, includes coverage of such outdoor lighting equipment as poles, arms, luminaires, and control devices. Standard provides uniform method for identifying types – HID, fluorescent, CFL, LED/solid state, induction, and plasma – and wattage ratings of luminaires used for roadway and area lighting.
