Measuring 1 mm², TTC-1001 Thermal Test Chip may be arrayed in many ways to create square or rectangular devices in increments of 1 mm. Single chip, referred to as unit cell, has 10 Ω resistor covering nearly 70% of cell area and single diode for temperature measurement in center of chip. Six inch wafers, containing more than 8,000 unit cells, are available in wire bond or bumped configurations.
