Supporting examples should be provided of recent experience where such skills have been deployed. This would include experience with mature change, configuration, capacity and problem management processes and systems. Evidence of having worked with customers and stakeholders to extract and document business or crossdomain requirements, translating them into technical formal communications requirements for delivery within a project methodology. Experience in the design and delivery of test plans such that deliverables can be validated against their likely ability to meet stated requirements. Technology Skills Internet Protocol network design, specification, documentation, testing, fault finding, and evolution Indepth knowledge of Cisco design methodologies, technologies and solutions ideally including enterprise WLAN infrastructure. It will be beneficial if the key person holds current Cisco certifications or equivalent. Familiarity with the trend to virtualise the above technologies and to recommend and justify when and why such approaches may be optimal, in addition to then deploying and supporting them e.g. SDNs. Security skills associated with securing the communication system e.g. next generation firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection and prevention, strong authentication.
