We are looking for structured, wellorganized IT managers, with handson expertise on leading projects or services who enjoy interacting with clients and team members! You will lead project teams, schedule and plan the team activities and keep control on the project finances. On your projects, you will be the main interface for our clients and you will monitor and ensure the execution of projects with the agreed scope and in compliance with the contract. Building on the expertise of your project teams, you will cooperate with our bid sales functions in identifying new business areas and support them on the preparation of new proposals. Manager, Third Party Capacity The Hague, The Netherlands Primary responsibilities Key result areas In coordination, proactively evaluating and recommending options for 3rd party service ordersrenewalsamendments. Ensuring compliance to the minimum acceptable margin and reducing overall costs of 3rd party capacity while still supporting the business needs Ensuring overall costs of 3rd party capacity remains within the budget through regular and structured tracking of 3rd party capacity costs and timely escalation of potential risks Proactively providing senior management with recommendations to optimize 3rd party inventory In coordination with Asset Management, proactive analysis of onfleet options to release 3rd party assets Providing input to technical solution in coordination with Solutions Engineering, along with input on capacityrelated TCs for capacity opportunities and contracts Evaluation of 3rd party options based on sales demandrequests for new business Support of 3rd party options based on sales RFPs Reassure process discipline and proactively propose enhancements to Deal Approval flow and tools Drive development of dashboards and reporting for 3rd party capacity Qualifications Experience Engineering Bachelors degree Masters preferred in ElectricalTelecommunication Engineering or equivalent professional experience Minimum 7 years of professional experience in satellite communication preferred in capacity management Technical knowledge of satellites technology, satellite operations, earth stations systems, telecommunication networks and video services is a plus Analytical and financial acuity required to balance commercial concerns with technical constraints Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple timesensitive tasks in a demanding environment is essential Strong negotiations skills Very good human relations, interpersonal and communications skills internally and externally Demonstration of the ability to be a team player, take initiative, be flexible and take leadership Curious mindset and fast learner Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English the knowledge of other languages is considered an additional asset Ability to work well in a multicultural, international environment Readiness to travel internationally if required Whats in it for you?
