ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Project Manager, SAP Finance is responsible for managing and coordinating business application projects, while being a subject matter expert SME on SAP Finance topics. He She will control project financials, manage projects delivery and coordinate project team members both internally and externally to ensure the support and the maintenance of SES Treasury Department technical tools. The Project Manager, SAP Finance will also provide guidance and structure in the areas of the SAP FI configuration, integration, master data management as well as custom developments to serve the business needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Drive and manage full project implementations from Business Applications behalf, including the management of project financials, key definitions, scope management, issue risk management, schedule management, team management, which means Prepare project plans for projects that fall under responsibility Prepare and follow up projectrelated budget and financials during the full projects lifecycle Maintain and followup risks and issues log, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure their resolution mitigation Ensure proper scope management of projects by having a strict scope followup with key project stakeholders Assume project administration collaboration tools, purchase orders, presentations to the internal community, etc Support the SAP Treasury Finance community on regular operations when needed and regarding new requests Support the SAP Team with SAP expertise and provide accurate guidance Engage with Business Process Owners to define evaluate requested enhancements Customize, troubleshoot and solve requirements questions from SES Treasury Department Ensure proper integration with other domains and external parties Ensure compliance with procedures, methodologies and audit rules Stay current with relevant SAP technology developments Performs other tasks falling within the scope of the incumbent area of expertise and or influence, deemed appropriate by the company COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of key business and financial concepts, workflows and the related systems applications and packages Ability to think out of the box Proven managerial skills and a customerfocused business led approach to application and system implementation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to integrate into and lead crossfunctional andor virtual project teams Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to effectively interact with all organizational stakeholders and at all managerial levels Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ability to frame complex problems or business issues and can elaborate and articulate alternative solutions Selfmotivated and able to deal with ambiguity Ability to set priorities autonomously and to proactively deliver results, even under tight deadlines Ability to overcome resistance to change QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent Strong, handson knowledge of and a minimum of eight years of working experience with SAP FI Minimum of three years experience working with Treasury tools Minimum of two years of applicable professional experience in Project Management Strong SAP Finance technical knowledge Strong SAP Treasury technical knowledge Sound Project Management skills with understanding of project management tools usage Fluency in English, any other language is considered as an asset Willingness to travel internationally OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS COMMENTS Key Performance Indicators Effective and efficient response to changing business requirements Timely and accurate implementation of systems ontime delivery onbudget delivery End users satisfaction Collaboration Integration with the Business Applications team Quality of designs and solutions proposed and implemented Effort split expected Project Management 50 Treasury Support 25 SMErelated Work 25 Apply HERE

Manager, Solution Architecture, Commercial Applications Luxembourg Betzdorf ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The incumbent, within the Commercial Applications team will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial application landscape is fit for purpose when it comes to the everchanging demands of the SES business. The incumbent will do this by architecting solutions following the SES architectural principals and existing solutions first, then going to market and implementing new solutions as needed. They would be responsible to oversee the implementation, where external support is needed, ensure any new applications or commercial functions are introduced seamlessly into the adaptable architecture aligned with the overall SES Enterprise Architecture strategy, and properly handed over to the established Solution Development team for continuous improvements. To be effective in this role, the incumbent must establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the consumers of the applications in scope, the vendors assisting SES in supporting them the SES management teams whose departments depend on the applications. Lastly, they must stay up to date on technology trends and SES business trends and recommend solutions where there is a match. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Supervise assigned staff, potentially including subordinate managers. Ensure that all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs, taking immediate action where needed. Monitor the team efficiency and expertise filling the knowledge gaps with specific training plans The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will bring University degree in one of the following fields Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related areas, plus four 4 years of work experience in a similar position. Alternatively, at least 8 years of proven professional experience in a similar position. Proven experience in MS Office configuration for enterprise deployment. Experience with ITIL and COBIT best practices. Experience with service management tools ServiceNow, HelpdeskAdvanced, Remedy or similar tools. Experience with intranets, extranets, Portals, and collaborative tools on the web e.g. virtual meetings, forums would be a definite plus. Experience with document management systems, OpenText would be a plus Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and to influence others to move toward consensus. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Relevant ITIL and Project Management certifications are a strong asset. Strong analytical capabilities, allowing to analyse and critically reason on the requests and challenge where necessary. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and associated tools, and of Office interapplication management. Excellent written and oral command of English. Knowledge of another EU language other than English is not mandatory but would be an asset. Capability of integration in an internationalmulticultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
