Flexible Grid Blade enhances SP, data center operations.
2015-05-21 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Available for Apollo products, 400G flexible grid blade transports data with spectral efficiency and port density that reduces power consumption down to <0.75 W/Gbps. Functionality lets carriers configure mix of 10G, 40G, and 100G on client side and choose required speed/reach on line side. Integrated OSNR monitoring, which optimizes rate to channel conditions, enables metro and long-haul use. In SDN environment, this can be used to automatically adapt to dynamic traffic patterns.
