We are currently looking for an ISS Operations Management Coordinator to support our customer in the Netherlands. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the ESTEC Research and Utilisation Group, you will have the following responsibilities Process definition and maintenance In close cooperation with the team leads, define the utilization and science management processes, document and maintain the respective processes definition and documentation Support the relevant reviews, prepare and support the process related audits. Risk Management Revision of the industry Risk Management Plan and the Risk Register to ensure coherency with ESA Risk Management policy and ECSS applicable standards Ensure reporting and necessary escalation of industrial Risks to ESA ISS Programme management Prepare and facilitate the Risk Management meetings between ESA and Industry management. Contractual Tasks Act as the focal point for all contractual taks and activities within the group Coordinate the preparation of SoW ECRs and compile the documentation Coordinate the proposal evaluation and compile the evaluation reports Support the organization of CCBs and preTEBs Columbus onboard Topology Document the Columbus onboard topology and maintain topology document. Providing management support to other areas in particular Support meetings with external entities delegations, working groups Support the generation of concept and strategy papers. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Masters degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline Several years of experience in risk management processes Good understanding of contractual documents and processes Proven track of handling contractual interface with industrial contractors eg progress meetings, performance assessment Familiarity with ISS Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. You have at least 4 years of experience in handling contractual interface with industrial contractors eg. progress meetings, performance assessment You have at least 4 years experience with risk management processes You are fluent in English, both spoken and written You are able to work independently You are familiar with ISS You have experience in dealing with external interfaces You are able to coordinate between teams and individuals You have open minded working attitude You have an understanding of contractual documents and processes How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level? Configuration Management Officer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Telecommunications and Integrated Applications Team at ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities Support to the planning, monitoring and operations of the BUs financial resources and to ensuring the overall coherence with the BUs activities Monitoring and controlling of the financial resources versus plans, identifying deviations w.r.t. planstargets and producing related reports to the responsible management, etc Maintaining related master data for the BU such as WBS, AnalysisCost Centres Contributing to the overall efficiency of related processes and tools, and to coherence and quality of related data Implementing all administrative actions related to procurement and contractual matters, including data entry in SAP and local application as appropriate and monitoring of financial commitments and payment milestones, invoicing, etc. Supporting the Business Unit Control BUC Office during the financial interim and yearend closure and for any other processes as required Supporting the BUC Office in the implementation of the overall workforce resource planning including the writing of the Service Level Agreements with the internal clients Acting as Cost Centre Controller for some designated BU of a Department Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the designated BU EsaNow IT Policy.
