Duty cycle (40 nsec min on time) enables direct step-down conversion from 48 V to 1 V POL, while valley current mode modulation with adaptive slope compensation enables stable operation for range of Vin and Vout combinations; no external compensation is required. Programmable switching frequency range is 100 kHz to 2 MHz.
