Bus stops and billboards across the country could soon become makeshift mobile towers thanks to a global push by outdoor advertising giant JCDecaux. Telstra , SingTel-Optus and Vodafone Hutchison Australia are spending billions of dollars every year on building mobile towers and systems to expand their networks and attract more customers to boost revenues.
