000 ABNT20 KNHC 022331 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 PM EDT WED NOV 2 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: An elongated non-tropical area of low pressure located several hundred miles east-northeast of the northern Lesser Antilles continues to produce widespread cloudiness and showers over the central Atlantic, and now has winds to gale force. This system could acquire some subtropical characteristics late Friday or Saturday while it moves northward or north-northeastward over the north-central Atlantic.
