000 ABNT20 KNHC 080558 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Tue Aug 8 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Franklin, located inland over the Yucatan peninsula about 45 miles north of Chetumal, Mexico. A trough of low pressure located about 900 miles east of the Lesser Antilles continues to produce disorganized cloudiness and showers. Development of this system is not expected during the next few days due to unfavorable environmental conditions.
