000 ABNT20 KNHC 090532 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Wed Aug 9 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Franklin, located off the west coast of the Yucatan peninsula. A trough of low pressure located about 550 miles east of the Leeward Islands continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are expected to remain hostile for significant development during the next couple of days.
